Founded in 2020 by Michelin Star Chef Hiroki Odo with a desire to deliver authentic, premium quality Japanese food to the homes of New Yorkers in response to a universally challenging time, Sushi Muse was born.
At the heart of the Sushi Muse philosophy is the belief that the highest quality ingredients create the rarest and most memorable meals. Seeking only the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from Chef Odo’s hometown, Japan and around the world, we take great care in cultivating strong relationships with our vendors — the fishmongers, farmers and butchers that supply our kitchens.
Originally a delivery and take-out only concept in New York City, dine-in locations are expected in New York City, Houston and beyond beginning Summer of 2022.
